Group Therapy is for groups of 4-8 people to discuss, in a confidential environment, issues affecting their sport or personal life where they might benefit from support from others and to hear other opinions and options.
Some people find Group Therapy more powerful than individual therapy as they realise they are not alone.
Group Therapy facilitates the giving and receiving of support, offering hope, inspiration and encouragement from others. People often talk of Group Therapy helping them to "find their own voice".
