Therapy for Performers
Trevor specialises in therapy and counselling for those in the performing arts, as well as sports people and those involved in performing at any level, be that one-on-one or in groups.
Whether it's for performers experiencing mental blocks, injury worries or retirement issues, healing the whole individual is paramount if you are to perform at your very best.
Trevor has extensive experience working as a performer - Top 10 Music Recording Artist, Producer and Composer, as well as an EPL Premiership Football Academy Youth Development Coach and semi-professional Football Manager.
He has worked with professional musicians, singers, actors and dancers, as well as footballers, Team GB gymnasts and fencers, and been the Behavioural Therapist and Support Mentor at the Brit School for Performing Arts & Technology in London, as well as counselling students at Performers, a College for the Performing Arts.

One-on-One Therapy is for people who have more complicated issues that need time to resolve. Sessions are normally held weekly.
This can be long or short term therapy depending on the issues involved.
Group Therapy is for groups of 4-8 people to discuss, in a confidential environment, issues affecting their sport or personal life where they might benefit from support from others and to hear other opinions and options.
Workshops for Students at Performing Arts Colleges and Universities on issues including overcoming performance anxiety, building confidence and dealing with pressure.
